Jack in the Box

To be honest this is one of the dirtiest Jack's I have been too. The bathroom is really gross and trays are way sticky. Food was ok but place needs a bath.

Best Jack in the Box Ive eat at. Burger was TASTY. Had #1

Went to get my just a breakfast sandwich for my son, ended up waiting about 15 minutes for it. I waited 10 minutes just at the at the drive thru screen until they finally took my order. This is not the first time this is happened, but it's the closest Jack in the box. But just my think of going somewhere else for breakfast sandwiches. Very slow fast food!

Service was good, but food was cold... onion rings were over cooked.. the tacos were crunchy on the outer sides and soggy in the middle. Seems like they had been sitting for a while. Disappointed because usually Jack in the Box is fairly good.

Easy in and easy out. You get why you pay for.

Its 730pm and the lobby is locked. Been im line for the drive thru for 15 minutes still 2 cars in front of me to order. Two cars between ordering and window. Line isnt moving. No one answering business phone. 5 minutes before they asked for the car in front of me to order. Waited another 5 minutes to order. Refused to take 2 orders thru drive thru but the lobby is locked so I can't go inside like I originally wanted to. Will never return to this location. Would live to talk to a district manager. Paid at 747. Asked for hot food and the girl rolled her eyes and closed window. Given old fries at 750. No one acknowledging me until 752. Someone in regular clothes. Received hot fries at 757. I will never be back to this location. Girl at window is a shift leader without a name tag and should be demoted for such poor customer service.

I recommend you don't go to this Jack in the box Herndon and milburn it used to be number one but it isn't anymore. Must have got a new manager or something because it's super slow dirty and the employees talk to each other about what are they going to have for dinner instead of taking a customer's order. Unbelievable! This Jack in the box is a joke it needs to be closed up

Never go to yhis place again...27 minutes with only two cars in front of me.service was lousy.

Long wait, but decent food.

If you are in a hurry or want even good customer service this is NOT the Jack in the Box for you. I was literally waiting for 14 min and asked about my food and they said only after I asked that they had given part of my order to someone else. So now I am having to wait even longer. And, the thing is, they weren't even busy. They did give me a desert and more chicken strips for my wait. But, does that really make up for not being upfront about what was going on in the first place?

Longest wait in the drive thru ever... Like they only have 2 workers max or something It’s ridiculous

Drive thru sucks, should nobody have to wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes to get their food that's ridiculous and when you get it, its cold.

Great customer service! Artist are very nice

The drive thru line wait has been ridiculous right now. It's far too long wait, when there were only 4 cars in front of me after I placed my order. And then I finaly get home with my order to find out the food that I was given wasn't even correct. I will not be returning to this location. Called to complain and the manger basically made excuses for why it was a horrible wait and my order wasn't correct. I don't expect to much from fast food places but you can at least give people what they order.

The food is good, but service is very slow

Today they were slow... Literally 15 minutes from order time to pickup... Normally they are better than that

Good restaurant but very very slow. I spent more than 25 minutes waiting for my order.

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. We have lived in this area for more than a decade. We use to eat here more often, but the fast food line is a super long wait, they often have gotten things wrong in the order and we are overall unhappy with the newest staff. (It changes a lot) There was a manager that use to work here that always got the job done right, but we havent seen him in forever and the service has suffered. Please get the act together. If you can't run things right, maybe a change is needed. $10/meal can be spent at other burger places with good service.

Nice restaurant that looks like new. Friendly, hard-working staff. The facility is kept clean!The only thing ... and a big thing ... is the food seems a little greasy.

Getting worse and worse honestly. The food used to be amazing! Not now! Dry/burnt on ever food item. Garbage customer service as well

It took 4 times before the order was taken correctly. Almost 20 minutes to receive the order. Lame....😒

I usually get whatever is on special, I'm not picky when it comes to fast food. Well I went about 2 days ago and there was hardly any sauce on my burger. I had to go home and add ketchup. It felt like I was eating just bread the first bite. I could say it was just a mistake and there was a rush, but I was the first car in the fast food line. Also the server almost mixed me up with the car behind me. Since there was no real rush, I was the first in line, they mixed up my order 2 stars only.
